A huge thank you to The Sunday Times for including us last weekend in their top 100 places to stay in Ireland this year. What a privilege to be amongst such incredible properties.
The calendar is booking up fast now for the summer months. The weather is teasing us as usual, the birds are singing and the landscape is about to burst into full technicolour. All accommodation bar one have en suite loos now, with the final one being finished in the next week or so, just in the nick of time for the summer season.
Also this summer we're adding a traditional Italian pizza oven to the BBQ area where you can have some fun achieving pizza perfection, stone-baked in 90 seconds! We'll be adding Pizza DIY Packs to our selection of Add Ons in the coming weeks.
