Our Lough Mardal Lodge poncho towel changing robe is made from certified organic cotton at a generous 400 gsm, with soft brushed loops inside and out for deep absorbency and a cosy feel. It’s roomy and easy to slip on over a wet swimsuit, so you can get changed in comfort after your lake dip, sea swim, cold plunge or sauna, whatever the weather.
The full-coverage hood is double lined for a cocoon-like warmth, and the lined underarm sleeves let you change with both hands while the breeze stays out. A large front kangaroo pocket keeps your hands warm and hides a secret pocket for keys, cash and phone, so you can leave your valuables safe on the shore.

Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Lough Mardal poncho towel. If you’re not completely happy with it, here’s how returns work.
Changing your mind You can cancel your online order and return your item within 14 days of receiving it, with no reason needed. To start a return, email info@loughmardal.ie within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and our return address. Please send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Condition of returned items Please return items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any labels and packaging. You’re welcome to try the towel on to check it fits. If an item has clearly been used or washed, we may be unable to issue a refund.
Return postage For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of posting the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for returns that go missing in the post. Customers in Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the EU are also responsible for any customs documentation or charges on their return.
Refunds Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days. We’ll refund the price of the item plus the standard delivery cost you paid when you ordered, to the original payment method.
Size exchanges If your poncho towel doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for another size, subject to stock. Postage costs will be incurred by the purchaser.
Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at info@loughmardal.ie as soon as possible, ideally with photos. You’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the cost of returning a faulty item. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Gifts If your poncho towel was bought as a gift, the person who ordered it can return or exchange it within the 14-day period. Please ask them to contact us.
Purchases made in person at Lough Mardal Lodge If you buy a poncho towel in person at the Lodge and it’s unworn and unwashed, we’re happy to exchange it or give you a refund within 14 days with your receipt.

Who delivers We send all orders with An Post.
Where we ship We ship to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain and EU countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Processing time Orders are packed and posted within [1–2] working days of being placed. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

TrackingWhere your delivery service includes tracking, we’ll email you the details when your order is posted.
Customs, VAT and import charges Orders to Great Britain are subject to customs declarations, and UK VAT, duties or customs handling fees may apply and are included in your order total. For EU orders, any VAT shown at checkout is included in the price. If a charge is due when your parcel arrives, it is set by the destination country and is not controlled by us.
Incorrect address Please check your delivery address carefully before you order. We can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged, lost or missing parcels If your order arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within [15] working days of posting, please contact us at info@loughmardal.ie with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
